Amherst came in ninth in a feature from Consumer finance site WalletPop.com and real estate Web site NeighborhoodScout.com ranking the top 20 ” retirement dream areas .” The survey specifically cited the neighborhood near Transit Road and Renaissance Drive as desirable.
